The KEHO Super Flow® Air pumps push more air through the bin and dry the rice faster than my old axial fans could.

Loop System and Pressure Curing® relieves pressure at harvest
Mike Myers from Eudora, AR is a rice farmer who had CMC retrofit one 30' diameter bin to Pressure Cure® after visiting with Kerry Pressure Curedrying Johnson, his Pressure Cure® representative at the Mid-South Farm and Gin Supply Expo in Memphis, Tennessee 5 years ago.
Mike had been looking for an alternative to high cost gas dryer set-ups, high maintainance stirrator systems that didn’t pay for themselves, and premium reductions he suffered by having the elevator dry it. In short, Mike wanted a way to dry his rice using a system that would make its own payment in drying cost savings.
Mike was so impressed with the results of that first bin, that this year he set up a new 42' diameter, 20,000 bushel Pressure Cure® drying bin and a CMC Grain loop system, setting it up between the 42' bin and two existing 36' diameter bins.
“The loop system is definitely the way to go...to move grain quicker. I can unload a semi in 14 minutes.” His Pressure Cure® drying system also relieved the pressure at harvest. Last fall “the rice dried quicker in the Pressure Cure® bins and it was dried with no heat.” According to Mike, “The service and commitment were good...and the crews did a good job.” Mike said he’d be happy to talk to any farmer considering a grain loop or Pressure Cure® drying system.
