CMC Pressure Cure® Management Guidelines
We are all committed to your success and our Pressure Cure® Dry Specialist will help you incorporate this standard approach:
- Clean your crop prior to curing, you must have 2% or less dockage in the bin.
- Run air pumps continuously until the curing zone passes through.
- Spread the grain and level the bin - no peaks.
- Monitor daily with the temperature monitoring system.
- Keep the bin cap and manhole open for the duration of the curing period.
- Call your salesperson or CMC when your first bin is full.
- When in doubt, keep your air pumps running continuously.
- Probe your crop and moisture test it.
- Monitor, and physically inspect grain on a weekly basis, for duration of storage.
- Call your salesperson or CMC whenever you have questions or concerns.
